David Parent is the Chief Financial Officer at Astadia, with over 25 years of financial leadership experience with both public and private technology companies.
As CFO, Dave is responsible for managing Astadia’s financial operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, and Human Resources.
Dave’s recent experience includes Division CFO and Corporate Controller roles with Brooks Automation, a publicly traded life sciences and semiconductor equipment company where he participated in various M&A activities, including the $3B sale of the semiconductor business to PE firm TH Lee Partners.
Prior to Brooks, Dave served as CFO of three VC backed technology companies in the Boston area: Integral Access, Aegis Lightwave and Laser Light Engines, overseeing finance and administrative functions, raising capital and managing M&A activities. He began his career in various accounting and finance roles at National Semiconductor, a publicly traded chip manufacturer.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in finance & Accounting from University of Maine and an MBA from Husson University in Maine.
